Another ethnic humour film was The Hebrew Hammer. It's about a ***ish private detective who has to foil the evil plan of Santa's son or something like that. Not really that offensive so that limits it's scope, but it was fairly decent.

Bear in my mind though that I like films like Pootie Tang, so mostly people don't really agree with my taste in comedy
