what point does he have to prove???

should Adamek have to undergo olympic style testing to prove a point, if asked by a HW??

    **** no

Well then they should do it for every fight in every fight from now on then. Asking someone to do all of this ****** **** just because his opponent is a prick who is making excuses even before the fight happens is unreasonable.

The sport of boxing already has rules and procedures in place for drug testing. But we should change them just because it's what Mayweather wants?

It's the same bull**** as when Mayweather fans used to go on about the HBO scales for the night of the fight. They were so important because it showed how Mayweather doesn't put on as much weight as everyone else. But then when Floyd came in overweight against JMM and refused to be weighed by HBO, suddenly it didn't matter anymore

It's not like He's doing the test and Mayweather's not. They are BOTH doing the same tests!
asking for a penalty for going over the weight is not new nor unheard of.

the amount of the penalty might be up there but so is the purse of the fight.

mayweather paid $600k to go 2 lbs. over the agreed weight limit. he made $15 mil. in the fight.

this is the 1st time i've ever heard of anyone asking for additional , unrequired tests of an opponent.

Aye, you're right about all that, mate. Still, I don't know wtf to think about all this anymore.

Sure, but I don't think it makes much difference. Even the SFW version of Floyd would've beaten Baldomir.

I don't think either of them are on roids. If you look at the guys they've beaten, it's not that hard to believe that they were big enough. Floyd has had a reach advantage over everyone I think? Apart from DLH and Corrales. Pac has been the same/similar height to everyone, apart from DLH.

It's not like they are beating PWill sized welterweights or anything.

dammit. i'm gonna say this for the 20th time the past hour......

pac did not refuse to take blood tests.

                he agreed to them.

what they are arguing about is the amount.

roach thought it'd be 2 tests. 1 during camp and 1 after the fight.

schaeffer says it could be up to 5 tests.

it's not a question of pacquiao not wanting to take tests. the question is how many.

Same thing. It's random for a reason. He doesn't get to pick when he gets tested.
