in los angeles , if it sprinkles (not even rain) expect your drive to work to be 15 minutes longer than usual.

traffic from either people getting into accidents or people driving slower to be extra careful.

Where I am, whenever the sun comes out people will be wearing shorts, t-shirts, sandles with socks. Just to soak up what sun they can. It can be freezing cold but people just make the most of the sun whilst it's here. You guys take it for granted.

Where I am, whenever the sun comes out people will be wearing shorts, t-shirts, sandles with socks. Just to soak up what sun they can. It can be freezing cold but people just make the most of the sun whilst it's here. You guys take it for granted.

x-mas time we go bbq outside in the backyard in the afternoon or even in the evening at times.

on a nice day people still go to the beach in winter time here.

I don't cope well with the sun. Ever since the back of my neck got sun burnt in Greece when I was 15, I've been terrified of the bright ****. I keep out of the sun.
The ongoing battle with rickets isn't much fun though.
