A rambunctious lot are they?

To be fair, they aren't that bad, it's more that there are so many of them at this time of year. The pub gets busier the hotter it is. A a month ago we were having days where we took ?00 or even less. On friday we took over ?500. It wouldn't be so bad if they hired more staff, but being the only one working when you have 5 things to do at once and it's a 13 hour shift...

We do get a few annoying ****s though, but I'm sure every pub does. The other day some guy was annoyed because I didn't say 'sorry for the wait' when I served him after he'd been waiting in line a couple of minutes. Like I'm his personal assisstant or some shit
