It is mainly used for weight loss. It's an appetite suppressant. No idea why Margarito would want to use it, maybe it has some other affects. According to the commentators it gives you energy. Lampley is saying that it's like speed which is a pretty big overstatement based upon what I've read.

I didn't know that you were only allowed to drink water before the fight. Obviously you are only allowed water during the fight, but before? I figured you could drink anything that wasn't a banned substance.

I think Brook is the better all around boxer, Jones gets hit way too easily, he has looked sloppy during this fight but I think that's mainly due to him going balls to the walls in round 2. I think Brook would get a decision over him.

Seems like JSK probably won it. I'd like to see him against Brook, really think Brook should be stepping it up by now.

Shame Jones doesn't seem to be as good as some were saying. Maybe he just had a bad night and he'll learn from this, he's still young. This is my only time seeing him fight.
