On some real **** I have to disagree as a black man. The MM LP was better than any Rakim album ever put out partly due to the evolution of rap pre 2000 when the industry and the web killed rap.

Em was such a fresh turn around and what he spit was something no black man could deliver with success.

I put 3 Stakks over almost anybody but Pac but Pac was more spiritual than wordy. Em was well on his way but the Steve Burmanns of the game ****ed everybody up.

While some think I'm an Em hater it's simply not true, the MM LP is = to all of the top albums in the game. I will never knock Rakim but it's just evolution.

Rakim was fresh in his time but rap evolved and Em brought life back to a dying culture.

Also got to add Jay, & Nas.

While Nas picked a lot of wack production Jay was always solid, Jay's only downfall was the lack of flaw in character. Nobody's perfect but Jay try's to sell a perfect being and that's totally flawed.

Flaw is an element of perfection in my eyes.

Just like all the racist threads against the great k bros beating all the black fighters, it makes me wonder if the same can be said about eminem.

The guy is about to sell 1 million albums in one week...hes number one in the hot 100, and the song with rhianna is going to be a classic.

I don't think we as a whole are jealous of the guy, I'm more disappointed in him putting Slim Shady to rest post 2000. His attempts to resurrect the alter ego weren't good enough for me but to each is own.

I never wanted The MM LP to end but .....
