Theres 4 or 5 songs I like and continue to listen to. Tie My Hands is the best out of those. I'd say it's pretty good overall, 7/10.

The Carter 2 is the better album. Carter 3 feels more like a mixtape than Carter 2 did.

            1.3 Peat
            2. Mr. Carter
            3. A Milli
            4. Got Money

            5. Comfortable
            6. Dr. Carter
            7. Phone Home
            8. Tie My Hands
            9. Mrs. Officer

            10. Let The Beat Build
            11. Shoot Me Down
            12. Lollipop
            13. La La
            14. Playing With Fire
            15. You Ain't Got Nuthin
            16. Dont Get It

The blue part is really where the album tails off. Tie My Hands I'm just not feelin it it's a good song but just no feelin it. The bolded are the majority of the songs I listen to when I run through it. Lyrically this album was a step back from Carter 2.

Like the verse after Jay on Mr. Carter. He should have destoryed it. And Let The Beat Build he could have done more with it. His flow was right for the track but he was on some other ****. And You Ain't Got Nothin was a pretty weak verse from him. Fab killed that joint by the way. But after letting it sink in it's an okay album. But if I would have listened to it before I bought it I might not have bought it.

Interesting, Tie My Hands and Dr. Carter are the strongest tracks on the album imo.

Dr. Carter was a good song. But came off kind of corny just a bit though.
