I agree. It’s an overrated stat, especially in this day when you can play zone and you have guys basically playing as safeties and jumping passing lanes because they know someone is behind them covering their guy

I don't think Brady would have been nearly as successful in prior eras of the league when they didn't protect QBs. If a lineman or safety even looks at Brady the wrong way they get penalized. Jordan would be just as successful in any era, including today.

Still MJ for me although I'm biased. I think MJ did more to put Basketball on an international level, than Tom did for Football even though Football is starting grow globally.

Also there's the thing that you have to play both sides of the court in basketball, not the same in Football. Not TB12's fault, but it is what it is. TB12 is undoubtedly the greatest football player ever IMO though.
