This is what puts me off buying a property and renting because you get no help.

I know contractors and when travellers moved onto their land. They asked the police for help, the police said it would take ages. They had all their equipment on this field worth maybe half a million so in reality their business was frozen. But the police said if there was trouble they would have to come down. So what they're saying is, instigate trouble in reality but make them cause damage.

So they just went down there with a van full of labourers and a shot gun. One dude goes up to a bloke and says is that yout kid over there? It would be better if I took to that river and drown her.

Wild west ensues. Travellers leave.

Genuinely that is the way of the world.

Similar sorta story here, had some travellers parked up in the car park of the mill at the end of our road, it's basically all business units now with a gym on the top floor - that's where I do BJJ but they got a muscle gym and a ring up there too. Anyway, owner asks em to leave and they try to gouge him for a few grand so he goes down with some of the muscle dudes tooled up, basically says he'll disappear their kids if they don't move on. They moved. Sad fkn shet but like you say such is the world we live in.

If you really think they ain't gonna budge and you want to stay within the law you probably want to look at notifying them of your intent to possess as soon as you possibly can.

Hope you got enough other income to survive on man. You paying a mortgage on the property? Could be maybe try to negotiate a payment holiday with your provider if things are difficult?

Property all insured. Were in the UK , we have only knives. Although in november we could get access to fire works

You are f#ucked. Landlords can not evict during corona virus. A guy in my local gym pays £3800 a month rent for a 2 bed in Sloane Square . He didn’t pay rent for 3 months but told his landlord he is leaving . He left in August but the house is at it was so he charges people to use the flat for a night/ weekend etc.

Back to you this guys are probably doing the same to you plus they are dodgy and they have the law on their side. You will probably get beat up and still be without your place. Just post on here and let them have it for now, there are good fights coming up

You're gonna have a hard grind, mate, specially during COVID time cos there's gonna be literally thousands of people looking to evict and whilst the laws on your side there's also a welfare and even public health issue at stake... probably gonna take both a longer time than usual gonna through courts and have a less reliable outcome.

Whilst I absolutely abhor that kinda **** and am basically in favour of certain squatters rights in general terms I also know exactly the kindsa dodgy kunts you're talking about and understand that you gotta make a living too. Hate to suggest it but your best recourse may not be strictly above board... but you'd have to know the kindsa bastards who are willing to take on risky, dangerous jobs.

Thanks man, but thanks to the allmighty im not doing so bad. the house is all paid for and i am doing ok.

well a written notice has been sent out to the kunts, who are like trying to build a case or some wacky **** and report it to the local council . anything to avoid paying up

what i discovered was they were using government benefits which were meant for housing costs like rent on other shyt and they facked off back to czech republic for a few months and now are trying to claim some more money from the council
