Wouldn't be cops but bailiffs for evictions, unless it turns violent or they refuse to let the baliffs do their job.

Either way need to give em a section 21 then get a possession order if they don't comply, could potentially take months and in the present circumstances of COVID maybe longer.

You don't have friends or cousins?

Give them a notice and if they don't comply show up with your boys and do what you gotta do

I know contractors and when travellers moved onto their land. They asked the police for help, the police said it would take ages. They had all their equipment on this field worth maybe half a million so in reality their business was frozen. But the police said if there was trouble they would have to come down. So what they're saying is, instigate trouble in reality but make them cause damage.

So they just went down there with a van full of labourers and a shot gun. One dude goes up to a bloke and says is that yout kid over there? It would be better if I took to that river and drown her.

        Wild west ensues. Travellers leave.

Genuinely that is the way of the world.
Similar sorta story here, had some travellers parked up in the car park of the mill at the end of our road, it's basically all business units now with a gym on the top floor - that's where I do BJJ but they got a muscle gym and a ring up there too. Anyway, owner asks em to leave and they try to gouge him for a few grand so he goes down with some of the muscle dudes tooled up, basically says he'll disappear their kids if they don't move on. They moved. Sad fkn shet but like you say such is the world we live in.

Also this may be real problem for you.

This means that from 29 August 2020, with the exception of the most serious cases, landlords are not able to start possession proceedings unless they have given their tenants six months’ notice. These serious cases include those in relation to anti-social behaviour (including rioting), domestic abuse, false statement and where a tenant has accrued rent arrears to the value of over six months’ rent.
If you really think they ain't gonna budge and you want to stay within the law you probably want to look at notifying them of your intent to possess as soon as you possibly can.

Hope you got enough other income to survive on man. You paying a mortgage on the property? Could be maybe try to negotiate a payment holiday with your provider if things are difficult?

They can sit in your property for years ...... sorry for that truth. Hope they don't vandalise it before they leave. There is no hope they pay in court either, they have no money.

u can evict now, its after 20th of sept, they are recieving an eviction notice

He didn’t pay rent for 3 months but told his landlord he is leaving . He left in August but the house is at it was so he charges people to use the flat for a night/ weekend etc.

Back to you this guys are probably doing the same to you plus they are dodgy and they have the law on their side. You will probably get beat up and still be without your place. Just post on here and let them have it for now, there are good fights coming up
they are well dodgy and are trying to scam the system mate

Whilst I absolutely abhor that kinda **** and am basically in favour of certain squatters rights in general terms I also know exactly the kindsa dodgy kunts you're talking about and understand that you gotta make a living too. Hate to suggest it but your best recourse may not be strictly above board... but you'd have to know the kindsa bastards who are willing to take on risky, dangerous jobs.

Maybe you mean £2k though, unless you let 'em rent 'em Buckingham effing palace I'm not sure how they ran up 2000K in 3 months....
                yeh lol 2k not 2000k

i used to know certain bastards like that, but dont know them any more. if it was 6 yrs ago id have gone in there with a guy and my cousin and told them they need to **** off

well a written notice has been sent out to the kunts, who are like trying to build a case or some wacky **** and report it to the local council . anything to avoid paying up

what i discovered was they were using government benefits which were meant for housing costs like rent on other shyt and they facked off back to czech republic for a few months and now are trying to claim some more money from the council

                what a bunch of kunts

Then find a way to destroy the property with them in it or take them out with a car bomb if you have to. Sounds like you need to get extreme here.
