[PLEASE HELP] UK Cats, Tenant not getting out of property

Long story short got a family of eastern europeans in one of our properties and they havent paid rent or full rent since July 2020. They are in arrears for like 2000k plus

Their tenancy agreement ends about 6 weeks

How the fuq do i get these kunts out. They seem like aggressive dodgy mofos

was a mistake letting them rent

Try to do it the passive way first.

You can ignore this and wait till the tenancy agreement is done.

Or

Call the cops, explain the situation and have them remove them from the property.

If that doesn't work, make sure you have proof that you called the police as evidence of doing things by the book.

Then you can try the passive approach and ask for the money they owe you.

If they avoid payment or moving out, well...

I would go over kick them out myself.

If there's more than one person, obviously don't go alone.

Bring some bats, golf clubs, 2x4 etc.

You tried to be as nice as you could and it did not work out.

Obviously these people must be in need and kicking them out would be a last resort, specially if they have kids.

IMO, at least make them pay the two months that they're behind and let them ride this one for free and kick them out.

I'm sending them a written letter which they will probably say they didn't get and ignore.

They are under the impression that they are protected by law not to pay or some shyt over the covid 19 act , which I think has expired now
