I think Paulie might be my favorite character in the whole damn series. That episode where Paulie & Chris fook up killing that Russian guy & end up in the woods eating ketchup packets is hands down the funniest episode of the series & one of my favorite.

Yeah, they never tell us. There was a Cracked article that said the series should've ended with the Russian showing up in the diner at the end lol. Simpsons did a parody of the ending of the series finale with Maggie trying to park her toy car haha. And if you like Paulie, check out the video game. I replayed it in PS2 recently. You play as the son of one of Sal "Big *****" Bonpensiero's girlfriend's, his bastard son Joey and get to work for Paulie, so there's some good Paulie lines in the game. I pop it in just to play Texas Hold 'Em sometimes. "That's what the f*** I'm talkin about" lol.

I was always hoping for that, too. I mean, he obviously got away, most likely with Paulie's car but where did he go? And did he get in contact with the Russian boss? We'll never know...

That was such a memorable episode. Gotta be on the short list of most memorable Sopranos episodes ever.

Sopranos is probably my 2nd favorite long term no longer running drama series (Breaking Bad being #1). Great series with so many compelling moments.

Have been thinking of rewatching it & seeing how it holds up.

And randomly I'm looking forward to the Sopranos prequel movie that I believe should be coming out soon. Think James G's son plays a young Tony Soprano in it.

I hope it doesn't happen.

It's up there. Like The Wire and Mad Men, really loses steam towards the end. You find yourself checking out and thinking about the writing and saying "Huh?".

Still, in its prime, its among the best shows ever.
