Queens village is another such community, Joseph gave an example, there are many more... its economics, not race... If you took a bunch of poor appalachain whites who had nothing, and got them to purchase land, the would have the same problems to overcome...

I can also attest to this: we did a development in Louisiana and we did a **** up job... we sold these people one acre lots! I made it happen at a price point that lower middle class people could afford. Where as they might have gotten maybe a fourth of an acre and a lot of grief, they got a beautiful plot in a great location.

I had white buyers, black buyers... they all had one thing in common: this was their first land purchase and they were all ungrateful trouble makers... they got into it with each other over the ******est crap! They made legal trouble when they could, they lied, they tried to cheat... Race had nothing to do with it, rather the fact was these people were ungrateful because they were all ignorant. they had no idea about owning land, and making it productive...

Exactly...I know a girl who just cleaned a house for this family moving out of a $500K house. The owners are pharmacists and white but the new owners are black- man and wife with six kids. Not sure what they do but that's another example. Business, not race...
