How is this a cult ? Maine, NH and Vermont Are 98% white. Are those states cults ? There’s a lot of small towns / cities that are 90% white. It’s not a religious thing so idk what you are talking about.

I think we will be seeing more of this in the future. Isolated communes, largely made up of a single demographic; white, black, Asian, etc. Families are being flushed out of the big cities with high rent, civil unrest, loss of jobs, and overall just not a safe place to be. Hope their little commune works out for them and they can self sustain and be happy. Odds are against it though. Communes often end up corrupted by power struggles and abuse. Look at CHAZ, it didn’t take long before the summer of love was plagued with robberies, ****, assaults, and infighting. Hippy communes of the 60’s and 70’s suffered a similar fate.
