I would say a 30 day ban at all ports and crossing and then look at it again in 30 days time.

But this situation is fast moving so other changes might have to be made accordingly

Testing only started being at lower end decent level from the 2nd of March.

But it is still too low.

One of the reasons is that people had to pay or be insured to be tested.

Thankfully ***** has passed laws making testing free and giving Americans sick pay.
