Caucasians are basically just white americans.

Blumenbach used the term caucasian to describe the whitest people on the spectrum, and he thought they were the superior race.

Today, only americans still use the term caucasian, no other white people in other parts of the world use the term caucasian.

So when somebody says caucasian, that means they're talking about white americans.

The starter of that thread didn't even know what he was talking about. I was going to go in on him before the thread got closed.

He had the nerve to say asians came from caucasians lol. I was about to layeth the smackdown on that troll.

Caucasian is a synonym of Caucasoid or Europoid. Has nothing to do with America.

Humans migrated from ground-zero in large clusters from a common proto-ancestor: Caucasoid, Mongoloid, Capoid, Congoid, Australoid.

Yes and no. Caucasians as a distinct migratory taxon will become extinct, their rare/recessive traits will be virtually eradicated (freak appearances in single individuals for a few generations).

They will however "exist" as recessive genetic material absorbed into the other 90% of the human population.

If they aren't enthused about that, you know for sure they're a racist (which is why, I think, racism is going to lose it's taboo status; you have to give people a choice other than death, or they have nothing left & radicalize).

This will not apply to congoid or mongoloid. They are too large and concentrated in racially uniform countries to ever be absorbed/extinct.

The depiction of globalization as some harmonious fusion just isn't reality. It's one group being absorbed into other much larger groups who will go unchanged.

It's cool man but I don't believe that either. White people still have white babies and black people still have black babies all day every day. The mixing is in the minority. The media throws that in our faces all day but that doesn't mean everyone does it. Nothing will disappear. All groups will continue on as they should. But why does a thread about it get dropped so quickly? It has to make one wonder. That's all, man. It's cool.

LeftHookTua (or was it DoubleLeftHook...I sometimes get their names confused) also mentioned that Chinese people are pretty ****genous and will probably still be around, esp. since there are so many of them. I was only trying to say that billions of years from now people will mostly be mixed. Whether that is really the case, of course I can't know for sure. I'll tell you what. I'm "black," but my family is black, white, and Cherokee if we go way back. I assume most people are mixed up already anyway. Certainly most Black Americans are mixed, though the one drop rule makes us "black."

I can agree with a lot of this, but not so much with the last part. We've discussed this already. I don't believe that white people are being forced to have kids with other races. It's a choice. I don't foresee any wide scale **** of white people, so I don't know how it can be classified as anything other than harmonious. It's true that some people like you might not like that white people are mixing with other races, but it's their decision. You are free to remain "pure" if you like.
