Growing old myself, this is now one of my favorite quote:
“Happiness for me is largely a matter of digestion.” — Lin Yutang

It’s said, in western countries, that about 35-40% have stomach issues.
But it’s a subject we ain’t that eager to discuss (can be ******).

For myself, I’ve been forced to change diet quite a while. (Aging, and we all reach that point.)
A lot of boiled fish, fruit & vegetables (too much dietary fiber can have your belly go crazy, fermented is kinder and a good alternative).
It took some time to appreciate the taste of it, but I’ve learned to like it.
Exercising is important (don’t underestimate daily walks, they do miracles).

BUT, life is short, so at least once a week I break the rules.
Lots of junk food, candies, beers and whatever is unhealthy. It’s a reward for the six days of discipline.
And if I have to pay the price the day after (I often have to), so be it.

Maybe im thinking too much but im bad tripping. I dont wanna die.

        Im gonna start running
I was having some issues with weed. Turns out it screws up your pancreas enzymes. Im a healthy mofo when it comes to food ect. My doc said that the US cant study it so we have to dig for info. I wasnt feeling great and went to the ER. Doc said your labs look great but your pancreas isnt producing enough enzymes. He left and the male nurse came in. He asked if I smoked pot and I said I vape nightly.
He said hes a travel nurse and has seen my symptoms ( what you described ) in five states. His best friend was a grower user and his mom was a nurse and had tested him for everything under the sun and everything came back ok. He stopped the pot and 3 months later felt great again. Turns out THC can stay in the fat cells up to 6 months so it can take time to get out.

My Doc is super cool and looked into it and said stop right away and gave me a link to a study in another country.

Get this, when I was feeling like chit my BP was 159/95 with BP meds. That was a clean diet and exercise they couldnt figure out why it was high. I stopped the pot and reduced carbs and one week later took my BP again and it was 127/67 I chit you not! No more pot for me its not worth feeling like chit. It slows digestion, it screws with the blood vessels (closing them) makes the heart work harder and had negative sides. Now, this isnt for all people only some people have this reaction. You might be one who knows.

I'd give it a shot and see what happens. My HR went way down also. Good luck, you're in control.

Some artifical sweeteners were doing that to be but no longer.
Taking digestive enzymes helps, not only your stomach but overall health.
The only thing that bugs me now is nights of heavy drinking and Mexican food. A couple of tums gets me through it though.

Saltines and rice usually give you more solid dumps. Prevacid once a day also helps me reduce my stomach issues as well.
