I agree with the campaign, I have nothing against it. But her message for me? Offended a lot of people who are adults, who have to some how survive in this system. Children do not have many responsibilities, plus she also comes from a stable family who are kind of middle class 'I don't really think traveling around the world, receiving masses of attention' has destroyed her childhood. She looks to be having the time of her life, as I am sure there are many children around the world with less opportunities that could only dream of such a adventure.

Well I think her impact has highlighted the campaign more, but it has taken the seriousness out of it slightly. For me environmentalist is not about children, it is about nature/planet and animals 'I see people all the time, attempt to use statistics to prove that the earths climate has always fluctuated' for me this proves nothing.

The facts of the matter are? Animals have been and are been driven to extinction, rain forest are being destroyed, oceans polluted and natural habituated destroyed due to human action 'And it is a culture that needs to stop, and to be fair? People have been actively fighting against it for many decades'.

Collectively we should not be too arrogant of dismissive.
