Ok, so I watched this shyt. The whole thing. Lost any sense of round by round because the upload had the counters and stuff edited out to avoid DCMA.

I spent the first few rounds admiring how Ryder's stance resembles that of a mermaid, with his stomach leading in front of his chest.

Weird how, when you're expecting to see a robbery, Ryder looks really unimpressive in the first half of the fight. He does pick it up, and Smith looks petty sad in the later rounds. I can see someone watching it live, expecting Smith to dominate, and being excited seeing the Ryder comeback. When looking for a blatant robbery though... eh... I didn't see one.

I did read it. Honestly. But, my opinion on it is irrelevant as I didn't watch the fight. Which is why I haven't given an opinion about the fight itself, only the backlash.
But, ***, I'll have to dig it up on YouTube and at least watch a few of those rounds you had close.

Yeah, I can see how it was a "robbery" in the sense that Ryder clearly won more than 3 rounds, but I had no issue with a draw... I probably didn't have an issue with it going one round either way tbh.

Like you say, it was very underwhelming after reading all the live takes on it.
