When he committed his crimes is irrelevant because they were uncovered as part of a larger investigation and yes no collusion was discovered, only these crimes. Also your claim that half the charges were thrown out is false, it's a mistrial which means they can prosecute him for them again should they choose to. 9 out of 10 people on that jury found him guilty of every single charge, with a 100% agreement of 8 out of 18. That's pretty serious. Yes Manafort might not have anything to do with collusion but because he was part of the organization and compensate by that organization he is subject o being scrutinized, everyone on that campaign is subject to this. Right, left, center or so forth. This is happens to everyday people as well, some fudging you did on your taxes ten years ago can come back to bite you in the azz tomorrow. Seriously, take some time to understand what you are dealing with here because the media isn't going to explain it to you. If he's innocent then it needs to be absolute, if he's guilty it should be absolute. The only way you reach that conclusion is to leave no stone unturned. That's a horrible example man, I think that's part of the problem you are looking at this like these are typical private citizens they are not. I think the severity of these charges is something too big for most people to understand based on the information they get from the media on both sides. This is a very serious charge, if found guilty it would be treason on a scale this country has never ever seen. Democracy is legitimized by its process, the process where the public elects it's leaders based on the candidates policies aligning with their own needs and wants. You rob that legitimacy out of the process and anything goes. As I said, they have no choice but to see this through, you cannot have a prosperous country with a cloud of uncertainty over its head. Again, no disrespect to you or your beliefs and party line...this isn't about ********** vs ******** this is all about the legitimacy of our nation and the government. You cannot end a probe of this magnitude until every check mark is actually marked. If this had been ***** or Clinton I wouldn't want this to end until that was complete nor would I for ***** or both Bush'. If someone fkd with our country we should make sure we know if they did or did not. Personally I hope when its all over he's found innocent because if he's not the ripple effect in country morale, consumer confidence, and the markets is going to fk a lot of the nation both of us included....yet even if it ends in a negative light we can rebuild from there but we'll know the truth despite what the outcome is.
