Sorry to hear that. Go see a counselor if one is available. If you don't click with that person go see someone else. Sometimes talking it out with someone trained can help. I've been to counselling a few times. Once after I split up with my wife and later when my son got sick. I couldn't accept the situations. I did anger management. It helped.
A long as you're healthy and willing, you have a fighting chance.
Not caring about anything is the worst. Even something as small as making this thread, it shows that you haven't given up and you still want something better out of life.
Most **** ups in life only cause temporary pain, it's just a matter of waiting it out. One day at a time, things will slowly get better.
