You know Tony when i have tragic **** happen to me like deaths in the family or whatever that I can't control. I just keep my life moving and don't let myself stew in sorrow or just sit around feeling sorry for myself. My happy place is being out in the orchard and working hard and keeping busy. That makes me happy and when **** happens in life I indulge in work and things i love doing even more.

*** bro, just get off the couch, go to work and keep doing what you do. Sitting around not doing **** just compounds the issue. Indulge in the things that make you happy. Working hard and not breaking from your normal routine in life is what you need to do.

It's all good dude. What im trying to get across to you bud is if you truly are living in the streets, then you have it in you to out of this funk you are in especially since you are posting on here.

You got to stop stewing in your sorrow and stop feeling sorry for yourself. You got to keep on keeping on. *** all the BS. You said you have kids. Dang if thats not motivation enough to keep you from falling in a pit of dispair then i don't know what is.

I know you said your girl split and took your kids to her moms. That does suck big time. I feel for you. But what you need to do is keep grinding hard are keep pushing on and keep working hard. This can be something you can show your kids that no matter what life throws at you, you keep pushing on and working hard. You never want to show your kids that their dad crumbles when things don't go his way.

Firstly don't speak on my kids I love them very very much and part of what caused me to breakdown was me letting the down for the first time secondly I could never crumble I almost did but only I can pull myself back up and that is exactly what I am doing and will not stop until I have got back on my feet stronger than ever
