Firstly don't speak on my kids I love them very very much and part of what caused me to breakdown was me letting the down for the first time secondly I could never crumble I almost did but only I can pull myself back up and that is exactly what I am doing and will not stop until I have got back on my feet stronger than ever

Stay strong my friend. I just went through almost the exact same scenario and it's definitely a motherfcking meat grinder. As cliche as it sounds, keep ya head up, keep moving forward and take the sht day by day. Just got to keep reminding yourself that it's only upward from the very bottom and even an inch forward is progress.

Well faced up to the fact I'm an alcoholic.... I'm sober now...lost my family...my job my home in a fxcking month and trying to deal with a lifelong depression which doctors are just not helping me with.
I phoned a crisis team yesterday and they hung up haha

Keep truckin' Tone, don't overthink the big picture, take care of the little details one at a time, and the bigger picture takes care of itself.
Keep a fitness regimen up, them endorphin releases will make you more positive which is precursory to getting stuffs done.
