Funny, I feel the same way. I never in my life watched a debate, voted, or cared about any presidential candidate or political ideology. Hell, I probably still don't even know what the definition of conservative or ******* is, yet alone what people refer to when they say "left wing," or "right wing."

I already received thanks from members for closing a thread that I had nothing to do with.
I can't take credit for it because someone beat me to it. I am going to take the high road here and kindly explain to the rest of you. There are a lot of people here outside the little group that prefer to focus on race baiting. The day where it seemed popular to do this has passed. We don't want to chase threads and spend our day supervising racial trolling and we don't want members to lose their established accounts permanently over it. Please help us with this.

Etc etc etc. Eventually you get so annoyed that you look up the ********** platform and realize they're cool and logical people besieged by lunatics.

I don't know who you've been talking to but I've never used anybody's race (white or otherwise) against them during a debate. It's an infantile tactic employed by simple minds. I might be an abrasive prick 95% of the time but I prefer to force people to stick to the topic because, in my experience, people with weak arguments fall apart when forced to stick to topic. They resort to logical fallacies that are easily dismissed because they're incapable of arguing their point because, frankly, their point sucks.

As for attacking somebody's gender or bringing up whatever year it is - Again, not a tactic of mine. I'm a confrontational assh*le, but I back up my viewpoints with facts and source everything.
