Everyone out here focused on black this and black that but what about the Asians and Latinos?

How come Asian males can only get the typical role of a "nerd" or the beta friend who can't drink, can't fight, and has no rhythm or street smarts?

And Latino males only get the roles playing gang members or tough street thugs. And most of the time the roles portray a Mexican gang members (Training Day) yet the role is played by a white guy or Columbian/Puerto Rican.

Just saying it's gotta be equal ACROSS the board, not just a black and white issue.

It's not just about winning some irrelevant award. It's about misinterpretation and false/negative stereotypes.

Not all Asian Americans are nerds who are good and math and hacking into ****. Nor are they incapable of getting good looking women, fighting, making decisions, being a leader and so on and so fourth. But since they are only cast as nerds in movies and tv shows, people tend to buy into it and take that into the real world.

Same for Latinos, not all of them are tatted up vato locos from the varrio or gardeners.

lol still don't see why I should care. Some actor in a movie doesn't represent me and anyone who judges people based on a movie or tv show is a ****ing moron.

If asians were depicted as 7 foot tall 10 inch **** swinging ballers who drive lamborghinis and **** nothing but beauty pageant winners, what does that have to do with me? How does that affect my life?

Of course he doesn't represent "you" per say. However if they wanted to represent what real life was like in movies, they'd have a solid mixture of all races and ethnic backgrounds. America is a very diverse place, it's not just black and white.

Unless you inherited wealth from your family nothing in life is given. Everything is earned.

Don't expect respect from media, or any other outside sources than yourself. You have to take it for yourself. Respect given and not earned will always be lost. If you don't believe me, try it. If the source of your respect doesn't emanate from inside of you, it will eventually break. It will eventually be exposed.

It's just a ****ing movie dog. It's a 2 hour show where people are overpaid to play pretend.

There has never been a movie or play or act or show in the history of humanity that accurately depicted what real life- what you see when you wake up and live- is actually like, ever.

Or maybe everybody should grow up and stop acting like a neutered *****.

What roles are white people getting in Asia and South America?.

The human race is beyond pathetic in this day and age.

Genuinely hope aliens come and rinse us all.
