Most streets fights past high school aren't the ceremonial man vs man, meet me in the grocery store parking lot at 3pm type of event. The best bet is to not fight, but if you must, hit first and hit hard, grab something to protect yourself, or hope your friends jump in for you if you start getting pummeled.

              Haha looking back I wish I didn't either, but I've been pretty lucky some of those incidents didn't go way worse. The thing is, most confrontations can easily be defused by staying calm and talking in a civil manner like an adult. I guess that's easier when there's no alcohol involved which is why I stay the Froch away from bars/clubs now.
