Fairly certain they're saying she weighs 83 lbs, not that she's lost 83 lbs. It's National Enquirer ffs, so I'm not sure why someone would take anything they print at face value. Looks a bit thin in this (their) pic, but I seriously doubt at 5'7" that she weighs less than 100 lbs.
