as for my reasoning behind embarrassing you about the fact that you still live with your mother, you saw in another thread that it was implied that i was broke, and i explained in only a few words that i closed on my home when i was 25 years old, which isn't something that broke people generally do. you took it personally from the start. go through the thread, if you'd like.


my brother represented me as a buyer, and literally did nothing beyond the call of his normal duties other than answer my phone calls when he'd normally let them go to voicemail. he f#cked up more than once. if you weren't a young kid who lived at home, you'd recognize that it's nothing out of the ordinary to be introduced to a mortgage broker or a bank by a freaking realtor.


you go to lengths to try and minimize my involvement in teh homebuying process because it makes you feel inadequate. you live at home with your parents, and they resent you for the burden it places on them.
