i was not born wealthy. my father made most of his money after i had moved out out. he was born into a blue collar, immigrant family, as was my mother. my father barely graduated college, and only went to school to join the reserves and not have to be drafted into vietnam. my mother was an assistant teacher prior to retirement.


i didn't have a cosigner on my loan, or receive any financial help at all from my parents or relatives. my brother is a realtor. my father did introduce me to a loan officer at the bank i use, but that's certainly not a luxury afforded only to people with money. i still had to produce my financial statements and apply for credit. my brother could have easily introduced me to a mortgage broker, or i could have walked into a bank on my own. i'm not a child like you, and i make my own money and have my own credit. plenty of people have loans that have established relationships with banks, and know people in lending.


in short, i'm not a homeowner because of wealth that was given to me, and you don't live at home with your parents simply because you were born into poverty. as grown men, we are in charge of much of our lives. you live at home because you lack talent and drive.

Such a true hero using credit to purchase your items... I prefer to not purchase things I can't actually pay for straight up. I actually got my own house and tow truck service/garage through hard work, saving, investing, and hustling(cars and car parts). I did the true responsible thing and didn't need a hand out(loans are handouts) and waited until I could purchase my stuff with hard earned cash.

So you've earlier questioned a mans manhood due to him defending himself against a woman yet you condone and emasculate your father essentially draft dodging??? Also if you're paying a mortgage or loan you do not own that property... the BANK/lender does until it's paid off lol!

a poster called me broke, and i told him i'm a homeowner. it's only somebody who isn't close to being in a position to buy a home who takes that personally. you're clearly taking it personally, and feel threatened by the fac that i can afford a home and rental property.


it's also only an insecure coward, and likely one without any athletic talent, who talks about a very muscular man like he's fat, while being unwilling to post his own picture.

Are you ***ist? Are you a bigot? Equal Rights in the U.S. so if you want it equal than treat others how you expect to be treated. If a man hits you you hit him back and it's fine. So it should work the same way with a woman who hits you if you were about true equality. If you oppose equality than you sir have a problem. There are transgenders now also. If a transgender man/woman the size of Wlad hits you what are you gonna do? It's not proper to hit a lady right?

borrowing moneyt is cheap today. extremely cheap. you can get rates under 4%. that's not expensive. it's to your benefit to have a mortgage. virtually all successful people have debt. it is good for your credit to have and pay a credit card, mortgage, etc.


as for my father, a man much greater than you or I, he went to college and joined the reserves [a branch of the freaking army,] which is far from "dodging the draft."
