For Men it is more Money and a little social status. For Women it seems to be mostly their social status.

It's cliche but true, because having those three means you're successful. Everyone wants to feel like they've accomplished something.

Its money, social, then women cause real men you can get any women you want at any givin time, but money and your connections/respect they have for you is not as easy to come by as these females are.

In groups that have trouble getting money, money is respected. In groups that have trouble getting women, those with women are respected. And so on..
