Was the cop "justified" in using lethal force?

Montana police officer shoots and kills an unarmed man high on meth last year, his actions were ruled as "justifiable." Thoughts?

Eh, these situations are so hard... Because we can't really see what the guy was doing with his hands.

But I have to believe a cop would not just shoot somebody because "he wants too."

I say justified, because like it or not, we have to give cops a certain benefit of the doubt in these situations.

****, I'm surprised he didn't keep dumping on the dude untl he slumped over out of the car dead.

Exactly. How do we know if the guy just wanted to scratch his balls real quick since that was his last chance before getting handcuffed?

Then the trigger happy cop just ends the life of Mr. Ball scratcher. Its tragic.

hard to say since we cant really see what the guy in the car was doing. what gets me is after the cop shoots the dude, the cop then continue to yell for the dude to put his hands on his head, like wtf???

The Big guy in New York was bull***** this and most others seem grey leaning towards the cops reasoning.

Ya he acted like a scared pu$$y, typical. He shot because he didn't do what he said immediately, there's no justification for this. Cops are just angry and feel they can do what they want. There is no repercussions for their actions.
