do i think the cop had to shoot no, but do I blame him hell no! He a damn cop not a fucking navy seal lol he stepping like any of us will step adrenaline pumping not sure wtf is up.

Eh, these situations are so hard... Because we can't really see what the guy was doing with his hands.
But I have to believe a cop would not just shoot somebody because "he wants too."
I say justified, because like it or not, we have to give cops a certain benefit of the doubt in these situations.
****, I'm surprised he didn't keep dumping on the dude untl he slumped over out of the car dead.
