several hundred a week if my shoulders are feeling OK on the pushups. shups are a great, great workout, IMO. easy to do, super effective in building strength for reps, and stability. bad for the wrists, doe, in super high amounts, and depending on your physiology.
pullups and dips i do less, as they require a gym. i used to do a ton of dips, and add plates with a weight belt and chain. that was a long time ago. love both.
