              my weight goes all over the place. i was 227 the other day, but i had shoes and clothing on. i thought i was lighter, as i've been eating vegan / veggiesauraus for a few days each week.

              225-230 lbs is usually a good bet, and that's what i say i weigh when asked. probably 10-15% body fat, but i haven't had that measured in several years.

              i'm 5'9".

                do you lift for body building or just casually?

                im 5; 8' and 194 im trying to look like the "gift" lol jk

                  i don't bodybuild by any stretch, but i got into that type of rep and weight structure when i was younger.

                  i ride a bike mostly. sprints with a cool down period are my favorite.

                  i do lift light weight, high reps, but that's only a couple of days a week. that's not what i'd suggest for somebody trying to put on weight.


                  my primary suggestion to anybody trying to put on weight is to eat more. next, i suggest that they lift heavy weights with the legs.
