Training Day is the greatest movie of this generation

I think the most powerful and memorable aspect of the movie is Denzel Washington's character.
The whole time you want to believe he's a good guy but you keep seeing flaws in his character and you keep wondering if he's trustworthy or not. The whole movie, your judgement of him keeps going up and down up and down, you're not sure what he is. You feel as lost and as confused as ethan hawke's character is, as denzel's character spins him and you in a web of lies and false hopes.Last edited by DARKSEID; 09-14-2014, 03:38 PM.

The whole movie I was wondering if Denzel was just testing him to see if he could get the position or if he really was just a crook. I was in a dilemma about it all the way up to the ending.

It was a decent movie but it was kinda predictable. It's the typical "good" vs "evil" movie, and you know the villain always die in the end.
However, great performance by Denzel Washington. He made the role a whole lot better than what it was.

the greatest movie needs to have the greatest actors and this one doesnt pass the sniff test.
godfather 1 and 2 for example had Pacino, Di Niro, Duvall, Brandon. 4 reasons why its considered an ATG film.
however, best line of the film though, lol:
