Only a few americans are big enough to have their body stretch from one city to another. when i visit london i will be in a city with the most billionaires

Kind of with you on this. I want to see a couple of cities before I pass away though. Never had any interest in London though. Berlin, Barcelona, Rome, Tyre, Jerusalem, Kiev, Hong Kong, Tokyo, and Sydney.

London is the Golden Goose alright. But at huge cost to everywhere else in the UK.

London is VERY expensive to live in. You get paid marginally more but it does not make up for how much more everything costs. For example, for 5-a-side football (soccer) we pay £30, in London its £55.
