I live in Oxford and visit London now and then. It is a great city - but so expensive. The 'good' parts are crazy expensive but every possible desire can be met. You are an hour from Paris, 90 mins from most of Europe's main cities. It's the ultimate base.
And yes, the US does have the most billionaires - 307 GBP billionaires, but the UK has the most per capita [1 in 600,000 v 1 in a million for the US].
Oh wait, I think I'm talking about the French. lol.
I thought London was in France for a second. Well then, I've always wanted to visit the UK.. seems like a cool place. I want to see the countryside there.

It's the most multicultural city in the world. The South of England is extremely tolerant towards foreigners. The North, not so much.
England has a top Legal system and is extremely easy to do business in. Believe it or not, England is also one of the lest corrupt nations in the world which is why millionaires/billionaires flock here.
