Do you consider this racist? BTW, I'm not mexican nor latino.
I think you should stop being so sensitive.. subtle racism never hurt anyone. Really embarrassing that you actually reported this.

If it wasn't racist, it was ignorant to call you Mexican, I suppose.

Although I do think it was SLIGHTLY racist, we would really have to be there to hear it ourselves.

Its another one of those Freddie Roach cases,

Was he callin ya a mother****ing mexican, or callin ya a mexican mother****er?

Used as an identifier, I dont believe it to be "racist". You're a Mexican...who didn't know what the hell you were doing, are you not?

              Inb4 "no I'm Irish"

Edit: tactless and probably shouldn't have been said, but you really just need to put your big boy panties on.

Was he not expecting you to hear him when he said that or did he do it to your face? If he did it to your face could be he was just fking around if not then he was being a prick in all honesty idk about racist although is borderline cause it was being used to describe you in a negative/demeaning manner but deff a douche.

Regardless of the comment I sympathize with your co-worker because frequently I have to be even extra focused and fast paced at work because slow nitwits are not on their JOB, get it together.

What a cry baby. STFU and do your job. Some new guy coming in and trying to get a guy fired, because you are an emotional twat isn't a good look.

Blacks and Browns call whites "white boy" all the time without consequence.
