    I saw them before.. just checked out again.. some good results especially the first time round.. Your diet seems really low cal tho.. 1600-700 + with all that exercise..

    I think maybe if i eat more could get some decent gains of it.. not really looking for bodybuilder type look anyway.. just lose a little tone up/small gain etc

    There is a program they do which is more focused towards bigger gains i heard can't remember the name tho. Might try the Lee Mills combat training one to mix it up a bit if i like the program tho

      u also have the girls that put on major make up and wear high heels to the gym.
