Have the "group of friends confirmed the cops story"?? Because if he in fact broke away from his friends & aimed at the cops, then I guess he deserved it.

But then again I have to think, if someone has a gun (pointed at you), how do you draw your gun, aim & fire before they squeeze a trigger??

I remember the story about how Morris Clemens got whacked & I gotta say, the public sure do buy some suspect cop stories. How does a man sneak around a marked police car with his gun drawn & you have the speed to turn around, see him aim & shoot him while he's already locked on to you, just saying.

cops draw their guns the moment they're su****ious or any kind of arrest or chase. ready to fire. they don't actually wait on you to pull on them before they pull their guns.

it's actually better to say you made a mistake than lie about it.

most of the cops who get in trouble are the ones who cover things up.

accidents happen and understandable.

i had a friend who got shot because of a cellphone.

cops never got in trouble. just a mistake.

This will be a painful reminder of how ******ed some people truly are, as sadly, there are a great number of people who will believe unsubstantiated internet rumors and heresay over the official evidence and subsequent investigation's findings.

Many of whom post here and will weigh in on the topic shortly.

If he's carrying a gun and has a record, then I need to see some obvious proof that the cops are lying, otherwise I assume the kid did something to get shot.

and the witnesses are standing in a group with a 16 year old with a gun. i can't put a ton of stock into what they've got to say.



i don't see why there are huge issues. if they've got a gun locked away in evidence they can check it for fingerprints. if he kid is dead they can get the prints off of him. if he's still at large they can get them from his record.

never heard of him getting paid, don't know. he did time, then he moved to boston.

it was his own damn fault anyway. when cops point gun at you, don't pull out a damn cellphone from your pocket.
