Our Criminal Justice system is a complete mess.
In about 1 Billion ways. But I digress, no system will ever be truly perfect........and it's easy to find a flaw in anything when you seek it.
But I don't like how ours is based mostly on "Morals". There are too many last minute *********s that violate constitutional rights because of jury/justice that don't agree with a person.

LMFAO for some reason he's already guilty because of his appearance.
