I agree. He closes out games like no other. He had that killer look in his eye in the pre game and you knew he was going to pull it out....

me too. rooted for them against the bulls so bad.

should we explain to bully the difference between "rooting for another team" and "being a fan" is?

you CAN root for different teams for different reasons at different times.

you CAN'T be a fan of 3 different teams in the same conference and 2 in the same division.

dude, that was nbc, that's not a little talk. I'm not saying AI ****** and that kobe has always been better; iverson took an ok philly team to the finals vs the lakers who had a prime shaq and a young kobe so he was obviously great, but you can't look at the both of them in 96 and say the gap between them was gargantuan.

AI was a 6'0 soph college pg (who was really an undersized sg) while kobe was a 6'6 2 guard coming out of high school; at some point they had to think long term, and even then, when iverson was as electric a player as mike was when he first came in, it was going to be difficult to construct a team around AI.

Iverson was all athleticism, he woul ribble with the wrong and while driving to the rim, and would use his speed advantage and superior reflexes to dominate games. He could have still been very good even today if he would attend "practice" and learnt he fundementals before his natural abilities wore out.

It could have been whoever, the same media were talking about Carter and mcgrady being the next Jordan as well.
