What will the end result of Trump's tariffs be? Trump has issues dozen's of tariffs agiast nation who charge us them to import goods. Now they playing field is even.

Tariffs hurt everyone in both the target country and the country imposing the tariffs, except for the specific people in charge of the domestic industries of the imposing country.

Any restriction of free trade ultimately damages both sides. That's basic economics and basic logic. Trump is essentially taxing the poorest of the poor people to enrich his campaign donors.

Mixed. I think some countries will lower their tariffs. But this opens an opportunity for countries like China and those in EU to do more import/export with each other and less with U.S. Some companies may return production to U.S. but I don’t know if the juice is worth the squeeze. Revisit this in six months and see where we are.

Voted good but who the Fook knows , I would take tariffs if we got rid of federal taxes , property taxes , state taxes (for those states that have) but this would need to be paired w/ paired with government cuts .
