Nah, I like to do the opposite and only eat when the sun is up. We had daylight savings time yesterday, too, so I wouldn't eat until 7:30 at night after being up since 5 am. Good luck to you if you are doing it!

I'm Christian, so I'm not Ramadaning. But I'm currently trying 17/7 intermittent fasting following this guide , so I know what it is like not to eat the whole day. However, I drink water. I guess not to drink water during the whole day would be the hardest for me.
