I used to see them all the time in the United States.

They were usually in bars, nightclubs and lounges...where you had to be at least 21.

Looks like the FDA outlawed them in 2010, so not that long ago.

true... but there's always an audience for anything.. even if you dont wanna be on camera and show your face, you can do product reviews or post up final scores from sports, etc.. even dumb stuff like going outside and walking around your neighborhood and making a video of it. people that is from another state or country or city will tune in. not saying you'll make millions but there is always an audience.
