I looked up both guys after you mentioned them & the Phil guy is still new to me, but I was aware of Moore by way of his "baby bonds" idea which I had heard of & a fan of. Moore seems like a guy with progressive thinking & being for the people so he might be a threat to Newsome as his name & rep gets out there more. Idk about the other guy, he seems like a standard run of the mill D guy.
