Let Lamar test the waters if he doesn't want to be tagged.

    Update -
The Baltimore Ravens (and all of NFL) have sent Lamar Jackson a message

The asking price (not to mention 2 1st rd picks) is too much for a mid level passer whos missed 10 games in the past 2 years.

    Yeah, yeah, 2019 MVP......cue eyeroll.

At this point, Lamar is what he is. He's never going to be either Manning or Brady. He's never going to be McNabb or even McNair.

He's along the Cunningham and Vick prototype and will always be.

Which means you can't rely on his arm to get you across the finish line when it matters most.

Tennessee could maybe be a solid place for him. Cards as well. They could get rid of the Murray distractions, get Lamar who is basically a tall Murray anyway and be on with it.

Jones' deal is worth $160 million, with $82 million guaranteed at signing, sources told ESPN. The deal also includes up to $35 million in incentives. Barkley will make $10.091 million in 2023 under the nonexclusive franchise tender.

        Did I miss something ???
I don't think I will ever understand the way these GM's operate. I guess I won't ever be an NFL exec or a billionaire then but it doesn't make sense to me.

You have teams basically looking to get rid of better QBs, you have Derek Carr free agent and the Giants go... "No. We like flat soda as our drink of choice".

Hell, they could probably 1 year rent their way to a playoff run if they'd grab Rogers and replace Jones with him. (that's a big big reach but point is, Jones is as pointless as Wentz was and we now see just how not good Wentz actually is)

          Mindboggling
          Educated idiots at the wheel.
Jones hasn't proven to be worthy of a starters job much less that insane contract.

1 postseason win goes a long way

          Carr definitely > Jones

New Orleans Saints' 2023 free agent signings: Saints make big splash, add QB Derek Carr

That move can pay dividends for the Saints. Depends on what happens to Kamara. He's probably suspended. If they can see Jarvis as well. Could be a decent offense.

Denver gets Sean Peyton? What does that mean for Wilson?

Shape up or ship out.....(if another team is willing to take on that contract)

he's not a diva anymore. it's his last go at being an NFL player. He's finished if he gets another injury.

think of it as moss to the patriots. That's the state of obj right now. Last chance.
