The only problem with your assessment is this isn’t based on just a few incidents this year.

That label has been based on decades of violence against black people that went unaddressed.

It’s also factoring in things like the stop of the black soldier about 2 months ago. No one was killed but the fact he was harassed and stopped and treated like that happens very often.

There's a reason why you remember that incident: it's because something like this doesn't happen very often.

For every unjustified police intervention, there are thousands justified ones that don't get much coverage. Intervention which result in saving people's lives. Like the girl who was about to get stabbed until a cop shot another girl with the knife. It didn't stop that imbecile LeBron James from attacking him, but that's a topic for another character conversation.

Unfortunately it's the thousands unnamed cops who just do their jobs who suffer from this overreaction, not the bad ones. Which also results in regular people's lives being in danger due to cop not wanting to act of the fear of being plastered all over Lebrons twitter page.

It depends on the circumstances doesn't it? When was the last time you seen a cop kneel on a white man's neck until he dies? Or busting into a white man's house and killing him unannounced. Or killing him because he had a cellphone. Or mistaking a gun for a taser. Or killing him because he sold loosey cigs.
