    Yeah....

    Minnesorta ''law''

Murder - Whoever, without intent to effect the death of any person, causes the death of another by perpetrating an act eminently dangerous to others and evincing a depraved mind, without regard for human life, is guilty of murder in the third degree and may be sentenced to imprisonment for not more than 25 years.

Prosecutors say Chauvin held the boy face down with a knee on his back for nearly 17 minutes. Just like he did with George Floyd, prosecutors say Chauvin did not remove his knee until after paramedics arrived. Fortunately, in the 2017 case, the boy survived. Apr 26, 2021

I know a back is sturdier than a neck, but Boy George was almost 2x Derek's size and resisted

''Floyd told the officers that he was not resisting, but that he was recovering from Fentanyl-19, that he was claustrophobic and had anxiety, and that he did not want to sit in the car (aw).''

The majority of the jurors, yes.

If you would humor me in this A or B question (a variant on another A OR B of mine)

The world is a better place

          A) With George in it

          OR

          B) Without

If you do answer the above, do not deviiate from the rules or be creative.

          A OR B ????

The guy with a "Get your knee of our necks" is gonna be impartial? no lawyer on this planet would touch him if they knew this picture existed.

Then lying about never attending a police brutality protest or knowing family members that have a attended these protest while being in the photo.

If there's a mistrial, followed by riots, this dude should be publicly shamed.

the prosecution did a heck of a job but there really wasn't much lawyering to be done.n they piucked the right statute and they let the evidence do the talking. the defense sounded desperate and they were really reaching at times and that's because they were defending a very guilty individual who showed a depraved mind and caused someone's death on camera.

derek chauvin will die in prison. so should a lot of you. let me kneel on your back in front of your family until you die. then offer up your wife and one child, and see if they live through nine minutes of my knee on their backs. 236 lbs. weeeeze. weeeze. cough... dead
More unarmed whites are killed than blacks by cops in America. There is no systemic racism in America, especially in the police force which consists of 15% of Black Americans (more than the population percentage) FACTS: If Chauvin was black you wouldn't know who George Floyd was.

Floyd died because of his health and being doped up on fentanyl, not a knee on his neck.

The guy in the picture lied during the juror application. That picture was taken during a Floyd rally. He said he'd never been to any rallies and even was quoted saying, "If we want to make a change we need to get out into these rooms." Another juror admitted she was very scared that people would show up at her house. She was delayed coming home because of another protest as well.

Chauvin should have definitely been found guilty of manslaughter. The premise that he intended to murder Floyd is beyond any stretch of imagination and is complete activism. If Floyd just sat in the cruiser and went downtown, what would have happened? You're saying because Floyd resisted arrest for so long, flopped out of the other side of the vehicle, that Chauvin was just pissed off and wanted him dead at that point?

Black Lives Matter is a ********* organization. Change my mind...

I mean its not like he was the only juror. There were others thinking it was a murder the cop committed also.
Jurors were not sequestered, they were intimidated, and jurors lied. It's a mess all around. We don't need another trial. One was all that's needed. Now it could be a mess because of bull**** activism.

Chauvin should be a free man.

That trial was rigged, the jury had already made up their minds before it started, the judge was against him and Maxine Waters basically threatened the jury with violence if their outcome wasn't met.

Part of the jury already wanted Chauvin found guilty and the other part were afraid that if they didn't give the mob what they wanted, rioters would be at their front doors the next day.

No, this was the most unfair trial ever.

Indeed. But this isn't won't end well if this wasn't disclosed before jury selection
