Murder is killing someone with premeditation

Unless Chauvin woke up that day and thought 'i feel like killing George Floyd today' what happened there was manslaughter

No, man. He's charged with unintentional murder.

No premeditation is murder one in Minnesota. He isn't charged with murder one. He's charged with murder in the second degree, murder in the third degree and manslaughter. He's going to jail on one of those three charges. Hopefully it will be second degree murder because of the sadistic way Floyd was executed.

            Alright I stand corrected

Google says: Second degree murder is generally defined as intentional murder that lacks premeditation, is intended to only cause bodily harm, and demonstrates an extreme indifference to human life. The exact legal definition of this crime will vary by jurisdiction.

            Seems about right

I truely believe Chauvin is a psychopath or sociopath. He showed no remorse. He did not relieve the pressure on Floyd's neck even when the ambulance arrived. He ignored Floyd's pleas and the pleas of the crowd. The police already have their image tarnished over the years sometimes rightly and sometimes wrongly. This surely didn't help.

Floyd had an enormous amount of drugs in him and terrible arteries which severely increased his likelihood of death in any high stress situation he might've found himself in. The defense isn't there to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that Chauvin is innocent, they only need to create reasonable doubt that it was an accident due to Floyds health. The prosecution has to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that it was murder, and with the previous factors noted, to anyone who is being even semi objective based on the factors discussed its impossible to do. The most likely outcome of this trial will be manslaughter, and or a hung jury. I don't think Chauvin will be acquitted.

The amount of drugs in his system was not a tremendous amount. Dr. Daniel Isenschmid an expert on toxoligy indicated that the drug levels in Floyd were rated in the lower side relate to people who were arrested for DUI and were alive. The fact that norfentanyl was in his system is significant. It's created when fentanyl is broken down by your body. The vast majority of people die from an overdose before this breakdown starts occuring.

How is Maxine Waters not in prison for inciting riot and violence? This borders on jury and witness intimidation.

Fiery California Rep. Maxine Waters who thronged Brooklyn Center, Minnesota early Sunday, all breaking the 11 p.m. curfew together during theagainst the police killing of Daunte Wright.

“We’ve got to stay in the streets, and we’ve got to demand justice,” she urged the crowd, according to one .

“We’re looking for a guilty verdict” in Derek Chauvin’s trial for the police killing of George Floyd, where , she said.

“And if we don’t, we cannot go away,” she added. “We’ve got to get more confrontational.”

Asked about the curfew, she said, “I don’t know what curfew means,” .

Neither did having **** loads of drugs in his system.

Did Floyd deserve to die? NO.

Was it murder? I don’t think so.

Was Floyd a piece of **** person? Definitely.
