Oakland ain't actually even bad, they're trying to step it up, you go to some parts of downtown and they made it nice. Seems like a bunch of the "bad" folks getting kicked out and moving to Pittsburg/Stockton, more inland type areas.

Feels like even some of the Oakland rejects are going to Vegas as well.

I think there is nothing wrong in renovation. I have already spoken on my gym problems and now I changed it, but the new one is even worse. It has little space and few racks with shelves. So I literally googled it and tried to just to poke in their noses that space cannot be arranged like that! So there is nothing bad in tennis court renovation.
