To be fair, we were always a bit of a risk to punt on because even in Pearce's return we knew the passion would be there, but he wasn't experienced enough in management at this level to know just how pressured and demanding the league is.

It's still too early to tell who's gonna be fighting for a top 6 spot, but i'm confident we'll be in the mix.

Assombalonga is a beast. The exact striker we've lacked for over a decade. Fryatt is quality at this level, he's seen it all and done it. I didn't know much about Antonio prior to his signing, but along with Burke the new boys have given us a whole new spark.

There's reason to be excited again at Forest.
